This device is a customized decorative film ink gravure printing machine for Zhejiang Zhongbang Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. The device has a high mechanical speed of 150m/min, ink printing speed of 100m/min, and an electronic shaft transmission system. In order to provide a more intuitive observation of the printing performance of the equipment, a set of 4-color stone pattern plates was installed on site and the following printing demonstrations were conducted: rapid registration operation, plate roller memory operation when the printing speed reaches 100m/min, subsequent shutdown, manual phase shuffling, plate roller memory recovery operation, secondary registration at 30m/min in only 25 seconds, low-speed 30m acceleration to 100m/min color registration accuracy ≤ 0.06mm, each oven temperature is around 40 ° C, and all functional modules can be presented *; Subsequently, a 150m/min sprint was carried out, during which the color matching was very efficient, the stability was also super strong, the drying effect was good, and the noise was very low, earning constant praise on site* Afterwards, the on-site challenge was to achieve a printing speed of 180m/min.
