1. Provide detailed information to help customers understand the performance and application range of the equipment. Our principle is to answer customer inquiries truthfully without exaggeration or deception.  

2. Meet customers' requests to inspect our equipment. Customers can visit manufacturers already using our equipment or request appropriate modifications or customized functionalities according to their requirements.  

3. Conduct training for users’ operators and maintenance personnel at the time of equipment delivery.  

4. Once the equipment is delivered to the customer’s site, our team will handle installation and commissioning. The machine will only be handed over to operators once it runs smoothly, and we will leave the site only after production workers can operate the equipment proficiently.  

5. The warranty period for equipment begins after delivery and lasts for one year, during which after-sales services are provided.
