This model is a new high-speed gravure printing machine developed and designed to meet the strong demand for pure water ink printing manufacturers in the current market. It is equipped with a new ink drying system, with a high printing speed of 400m/min, and can reach a speed of 200m/min in the state of pure water ink printing; The printing width is 1050mm, the roll diameter is 800mm, and the oven adopts the special structure design of Outai * (single oven, circulating drying is carried out through the layout of design air), which can meet the requirements of high-speed ink printing; The whole machine adopts a disc integrated structure for material feeding and unloading, making the machine more compact and stable, with shorter feeding routes, further reducing material receiving losses; The air inlet of the drying device is controlled by frequency conversion, while the simulated air damper controls the exhaust and secondary return air. The software PID is used to optimize the air volume relationship between energy saving, external exhaust, and LEL (which can achieve air reduction and thickening). The real-time control of the air damper opening for each color group during printing is efficient, convenient, and fast.

At the exhibition site, Shaanxi Outai demonstrated the use of pure water ink printing on PET and OPP films, combined with Yahua (Fujian) ink printing. The fourth color was fully covered with white, and an electric engraving plate was used with a plate depth of 30-32 μ m; Printing speed 200m/min; The oven temperature is approximately 60 ℃ -70 ℃. The on-site audience was enthusiastic and praised one after another.

Since the launch of the first high-speed ink gravure printing machine in China at the Rubber and Plastic Exhibition in 2016, Shaanxi Outai has continuously focused on the research and development of ink printing, and invested heavily in upgrading its drying technology. Without changing the length of the oven, it has continuously improved its drying capacity.
