The elimination methods include increasing the solvent content in the ink, reducing the drying speed of the ink, and using paper with high surface strength for printing.

Fault 4: Ink overflow causes spots to appear on the surface of the printed material. The elimination methods include adding hard ink adjusting oil to increase the viscosity of the ink. Adjust the angle of the ink scraper of the gravure printing machine, increase the printing speed, and replace the deep mesh printing plate with a shallow mesh printing plate.
